Tatiana Gust

Tatiana Gust is originally from Santiago, Chile where she obtained an engineering degree in Civil Engineering with a Major in Construction. She has always had a passion for construction, specifically buildings. Tatiana moved to the United States in 2004 and after a couple of years working for a construction company, joined the Collier County Building Department. Here she was able to learn the building codes in detail. During her time at Collier County, Tatiana also learned that delays in the permitting process often occur due to lack of coordination during the preparation and resubmission of the building permit package. This experience was the driving force in establishing her company, Elite Permits, in September of 2013. As CEO and engineer, Tatiana is able to live out two of her passions, helping others and being a part of the construction industry. She feels pride when she’s able to show her family that she was part of the team that brought “that building” to completion.

Most recently, Tatiana was awarded the FHBA Woman of Distinction award. Her accolades also include serving as CBIA – Collier County – City of Naples Government Affairs Council Chair and she is a member of the CBIA Board of Directors. She holds a Master of Business Administration and Professional Engineer license. She is active in her community as a member of MSBIA, participates in her local youth ministry, and is a member of the Naples High School Engineering Academy Advisory Board. Tatiana is also a mother of two and enjoys traveling as often as possible.
