Expo Hall hours:
Exhibitors with booth space measuring 10′ × 20′ or larger, along with Builder & Exhibitor Exchange participants, may begin move-in Monday, July 19, from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
All other exhibitors may move in Tuesday, July 20, from 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Exhibitor breakdown begins Thursday, July 22 at 4:00 p.m., after the Expo Hall has closed.

Exhibitors are responsible for lodging, parking, special-event tickets, additional booth staff badges and services or furnishings such as carpet, tables, chairs, electrical service, rigging, Wi-Fi, lead retrieval and furniture.
