SEBC is a two-day expo beginning on Wednesday, July 21, 2027 and ending on Thursday, July 22, 2027.

Expo Hall hours:

• Wednesday, July 21: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Thursday, July 22: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Exhibitors with booth space measuring 10′ × 20′ or larger, along with Builder & Exhibitor Exchange participants, may begin move-in Monday, July 19, from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

All other exhibitors may move in Tuesday, July 20, from 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

Exhibitor breakdown begins Thursday, July 22 at 4:00 p.m., after the Expo Hall has closed.

SEBC offers continuing education, professional development courses, general sessions and industry programs covering construction practices, remodeling, design, sales and marketing, technology, customer service and business management.

SEBC attracts builders, remodelers, developers, architects, designers, contractors, suppliers and purchasing decision-makers.

Many attendees serve as company owners, presidents, executives, operations leaders and purchasing professionals.

Exhibitors are responsible for lodging, parking, special-event tickets, additional booth staff badges and services or furnishings such as carpet, tables, chairs, electrical service, rigging, Wi-Fi, lead retrieval and furniture.

Floor covering is required.

10′ × 10′ booth: Four Expo & Education Passes for booth staff.

Booths larger than 10′ × 10′: Eight Expo & Education Passes for booth staff.

Additional passes may be purchased when attendee registration becomes available.
