WHAT IS THE BUILDER & EXHIBITOR EXCHANGE (BEX)?

If you’re making purchasing decisions for your company, then you know the value of meeting the right people in the right setting. BEX is the event that maximizes everyone’s time and productivity- so purchasing teams from high volume homebuilders can sit down in a private meeting with our exhibitors before the show.

Participating builder companies agree to have their purchasing decision maker in attendance for the pre-schedule meetings.

BEX is a limited program for qualified builder purchasing professionals. Complete eligibility requirements and hosted participation benefits will be provided by SEBC during the 2027 review process.

How the Meetings Work

Participating builders meet with approved exhibitors through a structured schedule of short, private appointments. The format allows both sides to discuss business needs, product capabilities and potential partnerships without the distractions of the Expo Hall.
