As a construction insurance agent, she has devoted herself to the construction industry in taking on various positions in various construction associations throughout Florida. She is a life director of multiple local builder associations as well as a life director for the Florida Home Builders Association and a life director for the National Association of Home Builders. Construction is in her blood. Michelle was honored when she was inducted into the Hall of Fame for both the local builders association as the State’s builders association. She is a believer in paying it forward and it shows with the several boards she sits on for children’s charities and her work in the community. Michelle is with LRA Insurance, which is a family run insurance agency in Orlando. She joined them because they not only preach loyalty, accountability and responsibility, they live it every day.

In 2011 she became the first person to receive the National Association of Home Builders’ Green Advocate of the Year award twice since its inception in 1997. Her work has included the creation of award-winning high rise, multi-family, and single-family residential project, commercial projects, and some of the largest and most sustainable land developments in the world. She has also become a trusted consultant to governments and municipalities that are rapidly moving toward more sustainable and fiscally prudent operating and management practices. Dr. Languell and Trifecta have received numerous awards from government and industry organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Home Builders, Center for Sustainable Florida, and the Florida Green Building Coalition. An award-winning author, Dr. Languell was also selected as a technical advisor and star for the Discovery Channel’s environmental series Discovery Project Earth.

Dr. Languell serves in leadership roles with many non-profit organizations, is a past President/Vice President of the Florida Green Building Coalition, a LEED Accredited Professional for the USGBC, a NAHB Verifier and Certified Green Professional, and a Certifying Agent with the Florida Green Building Coalition. She has certified over five million square feet of buildings and 30,000 acres of land developments using programs such as LEED, FGBC and Green Globes.

Felicia K. Watson counsels and represents management clients on a wide range of workplace safety and health issues. Felicia regularly counsels clients on all aspects of OSHA compliance, including providing advice and counsel regarding workplace safety practices, policies and procedures, assisting with investigating and responding to OSHA complaints, helping clients navigate onsite OSHA inspections and manage accident investigations, and defending and negotiating OSHA citations. In addition, Felicia regularly assists clients, trade associations and organizations with their OSHA regulatory policy and advocacy efforts, including drafting and submitting comments in response to OSHA proposed rulemakings. Prior to joining Littler, Felicia was Assistant Vice President with the National Association of Home Builders’ Office of Legal Affairs. She focused on construction liability, labor, safety and health, privacy, and international trade. Felicia is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/US.
