This July, join colleagues and friends for a star-studded evening highlighting the finalists of the 2026 Aurora Awards presented by Duke Energy Multifamily. This celebration honors the best of the best in building and design, includes dinner, and culminates with the announcement of the Grand and Golden Aurora Winners.
The 2026 Aurora Awards are presented by Duke Energy. Be rewarded for building your multifamily units to ENERGY STAR standards. For every individual metered unit in your property that meets or exceeds ENERGY STAR standards, you’ll receive a rebate of $500 through Duke Energy’s incentive program plus an additional tax credit* worth at least $500 for certification to an eligible version of ENERGY STAR. 2026 Aurora Awards Gala
The Aurora Awards Gala is an unforgettable evening celebrating the best in the Southeast building industry. The event begins with an elegant cocktail reception, followed by dinner and the presentation of the prestigious 2026 Grand and Golden Aurora Awards honoring exceptional achievement in design, marketing, and construction. After the awards presentation, guests are invited to continue the celebration at the After Glow Party featuring live music, a cash bar, and trophy pickup. Black tie optional.
