Tracy Eisnaugle

Tracy Eisnaugle, an inspired designer with over 26 years of experience in residential construction and real estate marketing.  Combining a degree in interior design from Florida State University with luxury marketing experience from a renown international real estate brand has resulted in a variety of career roles including design, model merchandising, real estate sales and real estate marketing management. 

As the Design & Creative Director at Lee Wetherington Homes, Tracy combines her interior design passion, assisting customers with designing the homes of their dreams, with her marketing experience to contribute to the company’s branding initiatives. For more than four decades, Lee Wetherington Homes has strived to provide a singular, innovative homebuilding experience for discerning customers along the Suncoast. As a longtime locally owned and operated firm based in Sarasota, not only to excel on the leading edge of our industry but to exceed your expectations has been our priority spanning the over 4,000 homes designed and built.

Tracy’s primary focus is providing homeowners with an individualized design experience for their custom home, crafting an exciting and stressless selection process for each future homeowner. Her design role also includes working with model merchandising partners to design model homes that are trend forward and appropriate for the communities and clientele they serve. Tracy strives to create award-winning model homes that showcase a variety of styles and options to attract and inspire.
