Tim Fischer

Tim Fischer is CEO of Ft. Pierce, FL based Southeast Elevator, a leader in the manufacturing, installation and servicing of home elevators. Southeast Elevator has offices throughout Florida and works with the area’s top custom home builders, architects and design firms to ensure the highest quality custom product is delivered to exceed the customer’s expectations. All elevators are custom manufactured right here in Florida! The Southeast Elevator team has a variety of solutions to meet the client’s needs, whether a traditional in-home elevator or an outdoor elevator and vertical lift.

Fischer is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and works with many builders and architects to ensure the elevator solutions meet their clients’ needs and help them to age-in-place in their forever home.

A Boston native, he also serves on the Board of Directors of the Manufacturers Association of Central Florida (MACF) and the Treasure Coast Manufacturers Association (TCMA) along with the Advisory Board of Indian River State College School of Welding. Fischer received his Bachelors from University of Notre Dame and his MBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
