Richard Woodward

Richard Woodward is a multi-state licensed General Contractor, Professional Engineer, and Mold & Building Contamination Assessor & Remediator who cut his teeth in the construction industry framing houses during summer breaks in the early 1980’s.  In the years since he has overseen the design, engineering and construction of tens of thousands of homes throughout Florida, as well as participated in destructive testing, consulting, and litigation support for thousands of homes from Florida to Pennsylvania to Arizona.  Richard is active in his local HBA’s Codes & Compliance Committee, is a past Board member of the National Storm Shelter Association, and a member of the ACICP, NSPE, and ASCE.
