Lesley McCarthy

With over 25 Years experience in the Homebuilding industry overseeing Model Merchandising and Design Studio Operations, Lesley is currently the Senior Vice President of Models managing builder relationships and model design trend implementation for Builders Design. Lesley, a former, valued trade partner (most recently, the Corporate Vice President of Interior Design for John Wieland Homes for 16 years) has spent her career “raising the bar” and receiving national industry accolades for her innovations in model merchandising. Lesley possesses an in-depth knowledge on generational divides, and more specifically the 55 plus segment of the population. In addition to building successful relationships and expanding our footprint in the progressive and vast Southeast and Midwest markets, Lesley is versed in new home interior design trends having educated in multiple local and national homebuilder associations and builder shows, including the ECBC, SEBC and International Builders Show.
