Her accomplishments include successfully opening and managing three Design Studios and surpassing $10 million in option sales revenue.

As the Regional VP of Client Development for the Florida market at Builders Design, Kristin brings her wealth of knowledge to a company with over 45 years of success and more than 15,000 impactful interiors installed. Builders Design is an award-winning Interior Design Firm specializing in Model Home, Multi-Family, and Senior Living Interiors.

Kristin’s primary focus lies in cultivating new client relationships and ensuring that each client’s objectives are met throughout the entire project. With an extensive background in the homebuilding industry, she offers a firsthand approach to the latest market research and design trends. In collaboration with the design and marketing team, Kristin facilitates the communication necessary to execute a seamless experience, with the primary goal of delighting our builder and developer partners.
