Joseph Burak

Joseph (Joe) Burak is passionate about analytics and AI. As the founder and chief strategist of TRANSiT Strategy & Analytics, he helps business maximize their data through comprehensive surveys, customer journey analysis, and strategic planning. He also helps executives and staff harness the power of AI to streamline operations and elevate customer value. 

Before TRANSiT, Joe spent nearly two decades with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Federation, strengthening chapters through strategic planning, executive & leadership training, and building member-centric cultures. 

Joe holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA with a certificate in business analytics from George Washington University. He lives in Virginia with his wife and two adorable kiddos. Joe supports the Washington Spirit in his spare time and loves live music.
