Joe Loretta

Mr. Loretta has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of amenity design and development, land
development planning, landscape architecture, urban design, and project management. Joe has been
employed by Halff for more than 20 years and is the Jacksonville Division Manager. Mr. Loretta is currently
leading multiple community amenities for multiple home builders and developers throughout
Florida. Currently, Joe has led the design team for more than 20 plus amenity centers and 50 plus entry
enhancements. Joe currently sits on the Downtown Development Review Board for the City of
Jacksonville.
