With his internal team, generational research experts, international color groups, and lifestyle gurus, Joe developed and printed INTREND, an annual resource to help others stay informed of top design trends in Model Homes, and Multifamily Living. With Joe’s belief that education is one of the greatest gifts you can give, he continues to make time as a new home trends educator, judge, and speaker for multiple local and national homebuilder associations, including ABC, SEBC, and International Builders Show.
