Jason Vermilya

Jason Vermilya is a successful first-generation builder of one-of-a-kind, true custom homes and multi-million-dollar renovation projects in the exclusive Bay Hill, Windermere, and Butler Chain of Lakes areas of Central Florida. He builds an average of 7 new homes per year. Prior to becoming a certified general contractor, he honed his skills as a tradesman for other building firms. He started Synergy Custom Builders in 2011.

Jason is certified by and a member of the Florida Green Building Coalition, and he continually strives to use sustainable products in his home projects. His industry awards include a Platinum Green Certified Award for a Windermere home in 2016, a “Fast 100 Fastest Growing Firms” award from Orlando Business Journal in 2015, and a Best Feature Award for Custom Renovations in the 2013 Parade of Homes competition sponsored by the Greater Orlando Builders Association.

Jason’s construction skills are complemented by his business acumen. He earned a master of business administration degree (MBA) from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania, and a bachelor of business administration degree from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a knowledgeable news source and speaker on topics ranging from the construction process to sustainable building to a businesslike approach to controlling construction while providing excellent service to custom home clients.
