Felicia Watson

Felicia Watson is a Senior Counsel with Littler Mendelson P.C., and counsels employers on matters involving regulatory compliance, construction liability, workplace safety, and internal investigations. She has participated in all aspects of civil litigation in federal and state courts. She also has extensive experience evaluating federal trade and policy developments to assist stakeholders with international trade issues. As a certified Information Privacy Professional, she is well-versed in drafting and implementing privacy policies to comply with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation and changes in U.S. data privacy laws.

Felicia Watson has spent much of her career advising on statutory and regulatory compliance and workplace safety matters in the construction industry. She also has authored multiple whitepapers and is a frequent speaker at national events on legal compliance. She earned her LL.M., with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center; her J.D., cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law; and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Seattle University. Watson is licensed to practice law in Washington and the District of Columbia.
