Biography
Daniel Kennerly is an articulate speaker who can share his expertise and knowledge of the transparent cost-plus building formula. In this model, homeowners are shown the bids submitted by each subcontractor for a building project .The homeowner clients are able to see up front how each selection they make—for example, for flooring, appliances, fixtures, cabinetry—will affect their budget. The builder explains each line item and the homeowner makes every decision before a custom construction project begins. This model also minimizes delays in the construction timetable.
Kennerly is a builder in the Alair Homes network of custom builders located throughout the United States and Canada. His firm currently has 22 building projects underway in Central Florida. Kennerly received bachelor’s degrees in both finance and history from Florida State University. He is a sixth generation Floridian whose family has resided in the state since the 1870s.
