The OSHA Inspection: Understanding Your Rights, Acknowledging Your Responsibilities, and Defending Your Company
This course is designed to educate attendees on how to conduct themselves during an inspection by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”). The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (“OSH Act”), and the Code of Federal Regulations (“CFR”), maintain very specific requirements that a construction employer must adhere to during an OSHA inspection. This course will instruct contractors and homebuilders on their legal duty to comply with reasonable requests from OSHA, while educating construction employers on their legal rights during an inspection.
