Florida Licensure Education Track 1 – Understanding and Responding to Licensing Complaints

This course is designed to educate attendees on the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s (“DBPR”) licensing complaint process. Attendees will receive instruction on how licensing complaints against registered or certified contractors are commenced, the documents, correspondence and administrative pleadings which may be levied against a licensed contractor during any disciplinary action, and the recommendations and best practices for how licensed contractors should respond and defend against such complaints.
