Don Neff

Construction quality expert, Don Neff, founded LJP Construction Services in 1993 based on his own innovative risk management strategies as a former home builder.  He continues to grow the company through technology, training, and expertise, providing third-party QA services for other builders.  LJP has employees in many states from Florida to Hawaii and is active on over 500 residential projects nationwide. Don is a Harvard graduate, with a Master’s in City & Regional Planning with knowledge and experience in all aspects of the construction and home building industry. Don has developed and conducted technical seminars and workshops, moderated various industry panels, and served as an instructor for industry programs all with the focus of raising construction quality and developing innovative solutions for improving field production efficiency. Don is active in the BASF, SF-AGC, LBA, and CBIA. He is also serving as a Judge for the SW Florida HBA Parade of Homes, Volusia HBA Parade of Homes, and the Flagler HBA Parade of Homes.
