Erik Cofield

Erik Cofield, CGA, is an Executive Business Coach for Custom Builders and Remodelers with the Association of Professional Builders. He has a unique set of experiences in his 25+ years in the industry. He was the COO of Houston’s most award-winning (at the time) design-build company; on the Board of the Remodelers Council; managed The Greater Houston Builders Association education program; worked for software companies and consulted with builders on how to evaluate, buy and implement software. He is a senior-level business strategist, educator, public speaker, and author. He has provided guidance for many types and sizes of companies in the construction vertical: home builders of all sizes and types; remodelers; and software companies. He was a columnist for HBAs with “Ask the Techspert” and has taught many NAHB courses.
