WHAT IS THE BUILDER & EXHIBITOR EXCHANGE (BEX)?

The SEBC Builder Exhibitor Exchange (BEX) is an appointment-style event that places you face-to-face with home builder companies who spend a combined $5+ billion per-year on building materials and finishes.

You can expect to sit down with the purchasing decision makers for a mix of 20 – 25 production or high-end custom home builders. This VIP event is designed to facilitate result-focused meetings and lasting strategic partnerships.

This first class all-inclusive event is limited to just 25 builder companies. BEX participants will benefit from meeting and networking with quality product suppliers, and service providers hand selected by SEBC management. 

Participating builder companies agree to send their purchasing decision maker for these exclusive meetings.

To ensure the highest quality and relevance for all attendees, participation as a BEX exhibitor is no longer first-come, first-served. All interested companies must submit an application by March 30, 2026. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Applications will be reviewed by a Builder Advisory Committee, which will recommend exhibitors that best align with needs of our builder participants. Event management will notify applicants of their approved or denied status following the review process.

Approved exhibitors will be required to submit full payment by the deadline outlined in their acceptance notice. Failure to do so will result in the loss of their opportunity to participate in BEX.

  • Location

    The 2026 BEX will take place at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

  • How Do I Participate?

    Apply to participate and, if selected by March 30, 2026, lock in your spot at BEX and secure a standard 10′ x 10′ booth in the SEBC Expo Hall for just $8,000. After March 30, the standard rate increases to $8,500 — don’t miss the savings!
