ELIGIBLE ATTENDEES/REGISTRANTS

Those eligible to attend or register for SEBC include builders, developers, remodelers, engineers, subcontractors, architects, interior designers, purchasing agents, sales and marketing professionals, trade partners, exhibitors and other individuals working in the building industry.

Other eligible individuals may include guest or keynote speakers, Future Builders of America members, home builder or industry association staff, members of the press, or individuals personally invited by the SEBC Committee.

SEBC is not a public event. Products displayed in the SEBC Expo Hall may not be safe for small or unattended children. All attendees must be at least 16 years old to enter the Expo Hall. Children under 16 are not permitted in the Expo Hall.

INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES

SEBC does not provide visa invitation letters to international attendees. Payments from international registrants outside the United States and Canada must be processed onsite.

UNAUTHORIZED ATTENDEE LIST PROVIDERS

The SEBC registered attendee list is provided to contracted exhibitors as a benefit of their booth package before and after the event.

Unauthorized companies may contact SEBC exhibitors and offer to sell an SEBC attendee list. These solicitations are scams. The companies may falsely claim to represent SEBC, its vendors or show management.

SEBC coordinates only with its official show-management partners and preferred vendors, which currently include:

SEBC does not sell or distribute exhibitor contact information to unauthorized third-party list providers.

UNAUTHORIZED HOUSING PROVIDERS

The following companies have reportedly contacted SEBC exhibitors to secure hotel rooms and are not authorized to represent SEBC:

UNAUTHORIZED VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY VENDORS

Video or photography solicitation is not permitted during SEBC without authorization from show management.

CONSENT FOR USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES

Attendance at SEBC constitutes an agreement permitting show management to use and distribute photographs, video and recordings captured during the event.

SOLICITATION

Solicitation of products or services on the SEBC Expo Hall floor is limited to contracted SEBC exhibitors and official SEBC partners.

CONSENT FOR EXHIBITOR COMMUNICATIONS

Attendance or registration constitutes agreement to permit the distribution of attendee contact information to contracted SEBC exhibitors.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Exhibitor information is provided solely to help attendees find products and services offered by contracted exhibiting companies.

BREAKDOWN POLICY

For safety reasons, exhibits must remain intact until the official close of the Expo Hall at 4:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 22, 2027.

Exhibitor move-out is scheduled from 4:00–11:00 p.m. Exhibitors who begin dismantling their booth before the show closes may be charged a refundable $250 deposit on their next SEBC exhibit contract.
