Mathew Meskimen

Matt, a passionate General Contractor, has built a successful career in the construction industry, beginning with MCG after years of gaining experience in various roles. In 2017, he earned his General Contractor license and went on to achieve certifications including Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) and Florida Certified Master Builder (FCMB), being one of only 30 in the state. As a leader, Matt is driven by his love for teaching and mentoring his team, passing along his knowledge and encouraging personal growth.
He believes in continuous education and strives for excellence in every project, from custom homes to renovations. Under his leadership, MCG has become known for its integrity, skill, and commitment to delivering quality results. Matt’s goal is to establish MCG as the gold standard for custom home building and renovations in Northeast Florida. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their five children. He’s also deeply involved in his community in Fernandina Beach, where he’s lived for over 17 years. Matt is passionate about investing in his business and community while advocating for the growth and advancement of the construction industry while serving NEFBA in a variety of roles including Secretary/Treasure for 2025.
