Florida Licensure Education Track 1 – Subcontract Agreements: The Florida Home Builder’s Guide to Creating and Implementing Appropriate Subcontract Agreements

This course is designed to educate attendees on the necessary terms, conditions, and provisions home builders must include within any subcontract agreement with subcontractors or vendors performing services on Florida construction projects. Attendees will receive instruction on how to prepare, implement, and maintain proper subcontract agreements with subcontractors and understand the terms needed to limit civil liability on construction projects involving sub-tier contractors and vendors.
