Lynne has always seen herself as an entrepreneur. As a Realtor, Lynne envisioned a better way to capture buyers for her new construction listings and a way to satisfy the consumer’s need for self-service home-shopping. In 2008, she created NterNow (formerly Call-A-Key), which introduced the independent home access concept to new home sales professionals.
As the patent holder for non-wireless secure real estate access, Lynne has grown NterNow to serve national-to-hyperlocal new home builders coast to coast and is set to launch new locks and services in 2020. Builders use NterNow to capture more of the leads their marketing is producing, cover unstaffed or close-out communities, close sales centers earlier and deploying their best sales assets more effectively.
Lynne is changing the way the residential construction industry interacts with its customers in the pre-contract stage, coining new phrases (“drive-buyer”, “secure access”, “independent access”), speaking at conferences on the evolving customer journey (ECBC, BuildExpo, etc.) and blogging to share best consumer-centric practices to the builder world.
Due to her inventiveness, Lynne was nominated as one of the Top 15 Innovative Agents in the US by RIS Media in 2017. NterNow was honored as a 2019 TecHome Brilliance Awards nominee, won the National Association of Home Builders S.A.F.E. Innovation of the Year Award for helping to make onsite agents’ work lives safer, and Atlanta Home Builder’s OBIE Gold award for Best Interactive Tool in 2016. Lynne is a member of the Advanced Technology Development Center of Georgia Tech, ACE Women’s Business Center and Atlanta Women in Technology.
