Mastering The Classic Closes
This program uses creative, memorable graphics and text to teach eleven specific and highly effective closing techniques along with how and when to use them. By themselves and in combination, applying these techniques will absolutely increase prospect to buyer conversion. From trial closes and tie-downs to final closes and “re-closes” (responses to buyers’ remorse), attendees will learn how to build toward a close, throughout the entire encounter, with each customer. They will also learn how to use certain of those techniques to minimize cancellations. It is important to note, these techniques will be of equal value, not only in new home sales but, in the sales of associate members’ products and services as well. In addition, teaching is enhanced through the use of energetic audience interaction and specific examples, from the presenter’s personal experiences, of how these techniques have worked to close countless new home sales.
