Prior to joining Innovative People Solutions in 2016, Dan spent 15 years in Corporate America leading and facilitating talent acquisition and executive search. Dan has held the senior most talent acquisition roles at MDC Holdings, Corporate Express, QBE, NCR, YP and CSM Bakery Solutions. Dan has consulted with companies in the energy, real estate, advertising, healthcare, construction and manufacturing industries.
Prior to moving to Atlanta in 2009, Dan spend two very cold winters in Madison, Wisconsin and the bulk of his career in the Denver area where skiing and mountain biking were his activities of choice.
Before venturing into Corporate America, Dan spent 15 years in non-profit work with young people, serving and speaking across the US as well as in Latin America and Asia. Dan has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education and thoroughly enjoys being in positions that allow him to influence, drive change and enhance people’s lives and experiences.
Dan is married and has three children and three grandkids (who call him “papa”). He spends his free time with his family, supporting non-profit work in the area and enjoying SEC football as well as numerous outdoor activities.
