Tom Jarosik of Halifax Plantation in Ormond Beach won the coveted John P. Hall Award as part of the 2007 Excel Awards competition sponsored by the Florida Home Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council. The John P. Hall Award is presented to the individual who has made long-lasting career contributions to Florida’s sales and marketing profession.

With over 35 years of experience in the home building industry, Jarosik is the Director of Sales & Marketing for an 1,800-unit master-planned development. He manages eight communities and supervises 10 personnel. Under his leadership, the development has enjoyed record-breaking sales year after year.
